Operating for over 30 years in the luxury and high-end building segment, the Company is the largest real estate developer in the Northeast region, being the market share leader in the cities of Recife, Fortaleza and Natal, and one of the leading players in the city Salvador – according to a UBS survey in 2018. The Company also has a strong presence in the service flat, hotel and resort real estate segment (“Second Home”), aimed at high-end consumers and foreigners. The Company was born in Pernambuco and now the “Moura Dubeux” brand also operates in the states of Alagoas, Bahia, Rio Grande do Norte and Ceará.

For several consecutive editions, the Company was elected as the most recalled brand in Pernambuco, according to JC Recall. Thanks to its expertise in luxury and high-end construction, the Company is known regionally as an expert in real estate development, becoming the first in brand recall and the market leader in Recife and Natal, with a prominent position in Salvador and Fortaleza.

The Company participates directly in all phases of real estate development and builds all the projects it develops. In addition to the merger, the Company operates in the “Construction under the Management Regime” segment, in which it identifies potential market demand for a given project and seeks land that meets said demand. Thus, the Company provides preliminary real estate development services that comprise procuring the land, designing the product and approving the project that will be executed by the future “construction condominium”. For such preliminary services, the Company is compensated with an “administrative consulting fee” by the condominium members who express an interest in participating in the future “construction condominium”.

In addition, the Company acts as a provider of management services for these construction works, for which it receives a monthly management fee. All payments are made by the “construction condominium” with funds paid by members, as they are solely responsible for the costs and financing of the entire construction project.

It is worth mentioning that the Company obtained the ISO 9001 international quality certification in construction and real estate development in 2001. The Company also has an integrated management system with international health and safety (OHSAS 18001) and environmental certifications (ISO 14001).

In order to build real estate solutions that exceed expectations and improve the quality of life of its clients, the Company bases its operations on three main pillars: construction using efficient engineering and control, search for the best product, and in-house team and digital platforms sales.

Vision, competence and innovation have supported the Company’s growth. Since its foundation, it has built more than 3.5 million m2 and delivered over 20,000 units, distributed in 220 projects and 285 towers. Since 2010, it has delivered projects with a joint PSV of around R$7 billion.
